An aircraft of World War II era racing plane crashed in Nevada, United States (U.S.). This incident led to pilot the plane were killed and injured tens of others.
It is unclear how many people died in a plane crash in Reno this race. But the race spokesman said the current situation is filled with victims. But the race did not explain whether the many deaths occur due to accidents. So reported Reuters on Saturday (17/09/2011).
The incident began when a plane P-51 Mustang piloted by Jimmy Leeward fall in the main area of spectators in the stands. Officers of the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) separately confirmed the number of victims that fell in this accident.
After the fateful plane that crashed hit the stands, medical personnel immediately rushed to the scene of the accident occurred.
Reno Air Racing Association to Michael Houghton says 40 to 50 people were reportedly injured in this incident. While it's certainly fatal pilot were killed instantly at the scene.
A spokesman from a local clinic said it is currently treating approximately 21 patients. While the Hospital of St. Mary's in Reno also received 25 patients injured in the incident.
Accidents in Reno was the latest incident that occurred in an aerospace exhibition since last August. Previously, an acrobatic pilot of the plane were killed in a collision in the air right in front of the penontong in Kansas City.
While a man who used to perform action stunts, free-fall from a height of 200 feet after he tried to climb into a helicopter right now is still airing in Michigan.
