Did You Know? IBM lift Microsoft

In 1980, IBM was working on a project and find the first PC software companies that can provide a disc operating system (DOS). At first they asked for help Gary Kildall of Digital Research, makers of the operating system CP / M.

But the negotiations do not go smoothly so that IBM eventually switched to the duo of Bill Gates and Paul Allen that has Microsoft's DOS program. The contract was established and hugely successful IBM, as well as raise the name of Microsoft.

If Kildall willing to accept IBM's offer, maybe the company who would meraksasa such as Microsoft today.
